Delivery and shipping

Everything is made to order. On this page you can read what that means for delivery times and shipping.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is a maximum of 2 weeks. Usually, it's faster. How quickly your order is ready depends on the product, quantity, and current workload: a set of battery clips for one person will be ready sooner than three hundred clips with different names.

Large business orders are scheduled in consultation. If you need more than a hundred, please email us in advance, and we will let you know what is feasible.

Do you need it by a specific date?

Please indicate this with your order or email it to info@3dprintbyd.com. We will then let you know in advance if it is feasible. We prefer an honest "no" to a package that arrives too late.

Shipping Costs

We ship with PostNL. You will see the shipping costs at checkout, before you pay.

The Netherlands

  • Letterbox package: €4.55 (up to 125 grams, approximately 19 battery clips)
  • Parcel: €6.35 (from 125 grams)
  • Free shipping for orders over €75

Belgium and Germany

  • Parcel: €9.50, regardless of weight

We do not yet ship to other countries within Europe. Do you want to order to another country? Email info@3dprintbyd.com, and we will see what is possible.

All prices mentioned include VAT.

Collection

For some of our products, you can pick them up in Naaldwijk. You will see this option at checkout, along with the address. Battery clips are always shipped and cannot be collected.

Track and Trace

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a track and trace code. We only send this email when the package is actually ready for shipment, not before.

Something wrong with your package?

Has something arrived damaged or is something not right? Email a photo to info@3dprintbyd.com, and we will resolve it.

Returns

Products made with your name, initials, text, logo, or photo are excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This right does apply to products without personalization. Your statutory right to a sound product always applies, even for custom-made items.
